These Mobile Messaging Terms (“Mobile Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the Spencer Relations SMS/MMS program operated by Spencer Agent Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Mobile Terms supplement our Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Mobile Terms conflict with the Website Terms of Service, these Mobile Terms control for the messaging program.
Program Description
When you enroll, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages about:
Brand-deal offer notifications specific to your account; and
Support updates and customer assistance (e.g., troubleshooting, status notices).
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Availability may vary by carrier and location (U.S. only).
How to Opt In
You may opt in through any of the following methods (one is sufficient):
Web form: By entering your mobile number in an optional phone field on our form and clicking Submit, where the form clearly discloses these Mobile Terms, program purpose, recurring nature, frequency, rates (“Msg & data rates may apply”), and STOP/HELP instructions, with links to our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
Double opt-in (when presented): After submitting your number, you may receive a prompt to reply YES to confirm. We won’t send recurring messages until you confirm.
Text-in: You may text START to our messaging number(s) to enroll.
We will send a confirmation message after you enroll.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to our messaging number(s). We will send a one-time opt-out confirmation and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. We also honor common synonyms: END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.
If you previously opted out, you can re-subscribe by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP.

For help, text HELP to our messaging number(s) or email support@spenceragent.com. We aim to respond promptly during business hours.
Carriers & Delivery
Participating carriers may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your mobile carrier and device.
Eligibility & Responsibility
The Program is intended for U.S. users aged 18 and over. By participating, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, are the owner or authorized user of the enrolled mobile number, and will keep your contact information up to date.
Fees
We do not charge a fee for the Program, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Check your plan for details.
Using Your Information
To operate the Program, we collect and process:
Your mobile number, opt-in/opt-out status, time stamps, and message content/metadata (e.g., delivery, interaction data).
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with service providers (e.g., messaging vendors and wireless carriers) solely to deliver and support the Program.

Program Changes & Termination
We may modify or suspend the Program (or these Mobile Terms) at any time, for example to add features, comply with law or carrier rules, or address abuse. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice where required. We may terminate your enrollment without notice if we detect misuse, unlawful activity, or excessive delivery failures.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled as described in our Website Terms of Service, including any arbitration or venue provisions therein.
